§ 16.010 — DUE PROCESS; OPEN GOVERNMENT

FI § 16.010Title 2. FINANCIAL REGULATORY AGENCIES · Ch. 16. FINANCIAL REGULATORY AGENCIES: SELF-DIRECTED AND SEMI-INDEPENDENT

A financial regulatory agency is:

(1)a governmental body for purposes of Chapters 551 and 552, Government Code; and

(2)a state agency for purposes of Chapters 2001 and 2005, Government Code.
