§ 16.001 — DEFINITIONS

In this chapter:

(1)"Financial regulatory agency" means:

(A)the Texas Department of Banking;

(B)the Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending;

(C)the Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner; and

(D)the Credit Union Department.
