The commissioner may charge a mortgage banker a reasonable fee to cover the costs of the registration and of administering this chapter. The fee may not exceed $500 a year. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1301, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2004. Amended by:
