View on sourceA conservatorship order and a copy of a notice, correspondence, transcript, pleading, or other document relating to the order are confidential and may be disclosed only in a related legal proceeding or as otherwise authorized by law. The commissioner may release to the public information regarding the existence of an order if the commissioner concludes that release of the information would enhance effective enforcement of the order.
