View on source(a)Except as provided by this title, an amicus attorney is subject to the professional standards of care and ethical standards necessary to remain in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
(b)A court may impose requirements or adopt local rules applicable to an amicus attorney that do not conflict with this subchapter.
