"Child support services" means administrative or court actions to:
(1)establish paternity;
(2)establish, modify, or enforce child support, medical support, or dental support obligations;
(3)locate absent parents; or
(4)cooperate with other states in these actions and any other action authorized or required under Part D of Title IV of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 651 et seq.) or Chapter 231. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995. Amended by:
