The following do not apply to probate proceedings:

(1)Rules 47(c) and 169, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure; and

(2)the portions of Rule 190.2, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, concerning expedited actions under Rule 169, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
