View on source(a)A foreign executor or administrator who files a suit authorized by Section 505.101 submits personally to the jurisdiction of the courts of this state in a proceeding relating to the recovery of a debt owed to a resident of this state by the decedent whose estate the executor or administrator represents.
(b)Jurisdiction under this section is limited to the amount of money or value of personal property recovered in this state by the foreign executor or administrator.
