View on sourceThe provisions of this subchapter regarding the deposit of cash and securities govern, to the extent the provisions may be applicable, the court orders to be entered when:
(1)one of the following circumstances occurs:
(A)estate property has been authorized to be sold or rented;
(B)money has been borrowed on estate property; or
(C)real property, or an interest in real property, has been authorized to be leased for mineral development or subjected to unitization; and
(2)the general bond has been found to be insufficient.
