§ 305.103 — BONDS OF JOINT PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES

If two or more persons are appointed as personal representatives of an estate and are required by this chapter or by the court to give a bond, the court may require:

(1)a separate bond from each person; or

(2)a joint bond from all of the persons.
