View on source(a)The guardian of the estate of a ward may bring a suit in the court in which the guardianship proceeding is pending for the partition of any real estate that the ward owns in common with one or more other part owners if the guardian is of the opinion that it is in the best interests of the ward's estate that the real estate be partitioned.
(b)The court may enter an order partitioning the real estate to the owner of the real estate, if after hearing the suit, the court is satisfied that the partition of the real estate is necessary.
