View on source(a)A guardian of the person for whom it is necessary to have a guardian appointed to receive funds from a governmental source may:
(1)administer only:
(A)the funds received from the governmental source;
(B)all earnings, interest, or profits derived from the funds; and
(C)all property acquired with the funds; and
(2)receive the funds and pay the expenses of administering the guardianship and the expenses for the support, maintenance, or education of the ward or the ward's dependents.
