View on source(a)On completion of a hearing on an application under Section 112.101, if the court is satisfied that the requisite proof has been made, the court shall enter an order adjudging the agreement valid.
(b)Certified copies of the agreement and order may be:
(1)recorded in other counties; and
(2)used in evidence, as the original agreement might be, on the trial of the same matter in any other court, on appeal or otherwise.
