View on source(a)If the amount of the bond of a guardian of an estate exceeds $50,000, the court may require that the bond be signed by:
(1)at least two authorized corporate sureties; or
(2)one corporate surety and at least two good and sufficient personal sureties.
(b)The guardianship shall pay the cost of a bond with corporate sureties.
