View on source(a)The secretary of state shall establish a toll-free telephone number to allow a person to report an existing or potential abuse of voting rights.
(b)A notice informing voters of the telephone number and the purpose for the number shall be included in the notice of voters' rights publicized under Section 62.0115. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 556, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001. Amended by:
