EL § 241.012Title 14. ELECTION CONTESTS · Part C. CONTESTS IN OTHER TRIBUNALS · Ch. 241. CONTEST FOR STATE SENATOR OR REPRESENTATIVE

The procedure for the committee hearing of an election contest shall be prescribed by rules of the house in which the contest is pending.
