§ 212.081 — APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER

EL § 212.081Title 13. RECOUNTS · Ch. 212. REQUESTING RECOUNT · Art. D. EXPEDITED RECOUNT

This subchapter applies to a recount in an election on an office in which:

(1)a majority vote is required for nomination or election; and

(2)votes were cast for more than two candidates.
