View on sourceThe secretary of state, in coordination with county election officials, shall implement an electronic free-access system by which a person eligible for early voting by mail under this chapter or Chapter 114 may determine by telephone, by e-mail, or over the Internet whether:
(1)the person's federal postcard application or other registration or ballot application has been received and accepted; and
