In this subchapter:

(1)Repealed by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 522, Sec. 27(1), eff. September 1, 2011.

(2)"Director" means the executive director of Texas AgriLife Research, formerly known as the Texas Agricultural Experiment Station.
