§ 73.154 — RESEARCH AND GRADUATE INSTRUCTION; JOINT APPOINTMENTS

View on source(a)The board may expend funds appropriated by the legislature to the graduate school and grant, gift, and contract funds of the school in support of research and graduate instruction, within approved areas and programs, to be carried out either in its own facilities or in the facilities of other component units of The University of Texas at Houston.
(b)The board may make joint appointments in the graduate school and in one or more of the other component units of The University of Texas System. The salary of a person who is receiving a joint appointment shall be apportioned to the different units on the basis of services rendered.
