§ 63.203 — REPORTING REQUIREMENT

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board shall provide a report on the permanent fund established under this subchapter to the Legislative Budget Board no later than November 1 of each year. The report shall include the total amount of money distributed from the fund, the names of the institutions receiving grants, the purpose for which the grants were used, and any additional information that may be requested by the Legislative Budget Board.
