§ 61.0816 — INFORMATION REGARDING HIGHER EDUCATION AUTHORITIES

(a)The board shall collect and make available to the public on request information regarding higher education authorities operating under Chapters 53, 53A, and 53B and nonprofit corporations carrying out the functions of higher education authorities under those chapters. For each authority or corporation, the information must include:

(1)the total amount and type of outstanding bonds issued by the authority or corporation;

(2)a description of the programs and activities administered by the authority or corporation; and

(3)with respect to any real property owned by the authority or corporation:

(A)the location and description of the property;

(B)the current or proposed use of the property, including whether the property is under construction or renovation;
