View on source(a)Under the ABLE program, the board may enter into participation agreements with participants on behalf of designated beneficiaries.
(b)A participation agreement may include the following terms:
(1)the requirements and applicable restrictions for:
(A)opening an ABLE account;
(B)making contributions to an ABLE account; and
(C)directly or indirectly, directing the investment of the contributions or balance of the ABLE account;
