This subchapter does not affect the authority of an institution of higher education to receive a reasonable fee for the filing of an application for admission. Added by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 11, Sec. 1, eff. April 25, 1997. For expiration of Subsections (b), (c), and (d), see Subsection (e).
