§ 39.301 — ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: REPORTING

View on source(a)In addition to the indicators adopted under Section 39.053, the commissioner shall adopt indicators of the quality of learning for the purpose of preparing reports under this chapter. The commissioner biennially shall review the indicators for the consideration of appropriate revisions.
(b)Performance on the indicators adopted under this section shall be evaluated in the same manner provided for evaluation of the achievement indicators under Section 39.053(c).
(c)Indicators for reporting purposes must include:
(1)the percentage of graduating students who meet the course requirements established by State Board of Education rule for:
(A)the foundation high school program;
(B)the distinguished level of achievement under the foundation high school program; and
