(a)Not later than January 1 of each odd-numbered year, the board shall provide a report to the governor, the legislature, the State Board of Education, and the agency.

(b)The biennial report must include any findings made by the center regarding school safety and security and the center's functions, budget information, and strategic planning initiatives of the center. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 923, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 2001. Amended by:
