View on source(a)The purpose of the Texas Advanced Placement Incentive Program is to recognize and reward those students, teachers, and schools that demonstrate success in achieving the state's educational goals.
(b)Awards and subsidies granted under the program are for the public purpose of promoting an educated citizenry.
