§ 155.005 — FUNDING

ED § 155.005Title 3. HIGHER EDUCATION · Part H. RESEARCH IN HIGHER EDUCATION · Ch. 155. SEVERE STORM RESEARCH AND PLANNING CENTER

(a)The commission may receive state-appropriated funds for the purpose of supporting the activities of the center.

(b)The commission may solicit and accept gifts, grants, and donations for purposes of this chapter.
