§ 130.127 — REFUNDING NOTES

The governing board of a public junior college district or regional college district may issue refunding notes to refund notes issued under Section 130.126 of this code in the manner and for the purposes provided by Subchapter A, Chapter 1207, Government Code, to make a deposit under Subchapter B or C of that chapter.
