The incentive aid payments shall be reduced in direct proportion to any reduction in the average daily attendance as determined under Section 48.005 of the reorganized school district for the preceding year. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995. Amended by:
