An open-enrollment charter school commits a material violation of the school's charter if the school fails to comply with the duty to discharge or refuse to hire, or terminate or refuse to accept services from, certain employees, applicants for employment, or service providers under Section 12.1059, 22A.151, or 22A.157, as applicable.
