(a)The board may establish a history, science, and art museum.

(b)The board may provide a building or any part of a building for the sole purpose of maintaining a history, science, and art museum. Acts 1971, 62nd Leg., p. 3260, ch. 1024, art. 1, Sec. 1, eff.
