View on source(a)A driving safety course must include information on railroad and highway grade crossing safety.
(b)The commission by rule shall provide minimum standards of curriculum relating to operation of vehicles at railroad and highway grade crossings.
(c)Subchapter F, Chapter 51, Occupations Code, and Section 51.353, Occupations Code, do not apply to a violation of this section or a rule adopted under this section.
(d)Section 51.352, Occupations Code, and Sections 1001.455(a)(6) and 1001.554 of this code do not apply to a violation of this section. Added by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1276, Sec. 6.012(a), eff. Sept. 1, 2003. Amended by:
