View on sourceNo person, firm, association of persons, or corporation shall sell or offer for sale any kerosene or distillate to be used for domestic cooking, illuminating, heating, or other domestic uses, having a flash point at a temperature below 112 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the United States official closed cup testing method of the United States Bureau of Mines.
