View on sourceAny foreign corporation violating any provision of this chapter is hereby denied the right, and is prohibited from doing any business within this State, and it shall be the duty of the Attorney General to enforce this provision, by injunction or other proceeding in the district court of Travis County, in the name of the State of Texas.
