View on sourceIn each county of this State with a population of not less than five thousand one hundred (5,100) nor more than five thousand two hundred (5,200) as shown by the Federal Census of 1930, the county board of trustees is hereby authorized to set aside from the Available School Fund of the county, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law governing the assessment for the support of the county superintendent's office, an amount not to exceed Six Hundred ($600.00) Dollars per year to defray the expenses of the County Judge serving as ex officio County Superintendent within the county.
