View on sourceThe Department of Public Safety and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice shall develop the capability to send by electronic means information about the subsequent arrest of a person under supervision to:
(1)the community supervision and corrections department serving the court of original jurisdiction; or
(2)the district parole office supervising the person.
