View on source(a)Information in the corrections tracking system relating to a sentence to be served under the jurisdiction of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice must include:
(1)the offender's name;
(2)the offender's state identification number;
(3)the sentencing date;
(4)the sentence for each offense, by offense code and incident number;
