View on sourceThis subchapter applies to the following health care providers that provide diagnosis or treatment services to victims of sexual assault:
(1)a general or special hospital licensed under Chapter 241, Health and Safety Code;
(2)a general or special hospital owned by this state;
(3)an outpatient clinic;
(4)a private physician's office; and
