View on sourceA person to whom this subchapter applies is entitled to have all records and files relating to the arrest expunged if the person is:
(1)tried for and convicted of the offense for which the person was arrested; and
(2)subsequently pardoned for that offense for a reason other than that described by Article 55A.003.
