View on sourceIf a complaint is made before a justice of the peace that a felony has been committed in a county other than the county in which the complaint is made, the justice shall issue a warrant for the arrest of the defendant, directed as provided in other cases, commanding that the defendant be arrested and taken before a magistrate of the county in which the felony is alleged to have been committed, immediately, for examination as provided in other cases.
