A defendant participating in a program under this subchapter must be confined in the community corrections facility at all times except for time spent:
(1)attending and traveling to and from:
(A)an education or rehabilitation program as ordered by the court; or
(B)a community service project;
(2)away from the facility for purposes described by this subchapter; and
(3)traveling to and from work, if applicable.
