View on source(a)If, for good and sufficient reasons, a defendant desires to change the defendant's residence within the state, the change may be effected by application to the supervising supervision officer.
(b)The change of residence is subject to:
(1)the judge's consent; and
(2)any regulations the judge may require in the absence of a supervision officer in the locality to which the defendant is transferred.
