View on source(a)On or before March 1 of each year, the director shall submit a report of all intercepts conducted under this chapter and terminated during the preceding calendar year to:
(1)the governor;
(2)the lieutenant governor;
(3)the speaker of the house of representatives;
(4)the chair of the senate jurisprudence committee; and
(5)the chair of the house of representatives criminal jurisprudence committee.
