§ 13A.304 — ESCAPE; UNAUTHORIZED ABSENCE

CR § 13A.304Title 1. CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE · Ch. 13A. VENUE · Art. G. OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

An offense under Section 38.06 or 38.113, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county in which:

(1)the offense was committed; or

(2)the defendant committed the offense for which the defendant was placed in custody, detained, or required to submit to treatment.
