§ 13A.256 — HINDERING SECURED CREDITORS

Statute text

An offense involving secured property that is taken from one county and unlawfully disposed of in another county or state may be prosecuted in the county:

(1)in which the secured property was disposed of;

(2)from which the secured property was removed; or

(3)in which the security agreement is filed.
