§ 13A.255 — CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ABUSE

CR § 13A.255Title 1. CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE · Ch. 13A. VENUE · Art. F. OFFENSES AGAINST PROPERTY

An offense under Section 32.31, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county in which:

(1)the offense was committed; or

(2)any person whose credit card or debit card was unlawfully possessed or used resides.
