§ 13A.203 — PROTECTIVE ORDER OFFENSES

CR § 13A.203Title 1. CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE · Ch. 13A. VENUE · Art. E. OFFENSES AGAINST THE FAMILY

An offense under Section 25.07 or 25.072, Penal Code, may be prosecuted in any county in which:

(1)the protective order was issued; or

(2)the offense was committed, without regard to the identity or location of the court that issued the protective order.
