An offense under Title 5, Penal Code, involving a victim younger than 18 years of age, or an offense under Section 25.03, Penal Code, that results in bodily injury to a child younger than 18 years of age, may be prosecuted in the county in which:
(1)an element of the offense was committed;
(2)the defendant is apprehended;
(3)the victim resides; or
(4)the defendant resides.
