§ 13A.003 — WHEN VENUE CANNOT BE DETERMINED

View on sourceIf an offense has been committed in this state and the county in which the offense was committed cannot be readily determined, the offense may be prosecuted in the county:
(1)in which the defendant resides;
(2)in which the defendant is apprehended; or
(3)to which the defendant is extradited.
